Are you suffering from pain in your heel or from pain on the bottom of your foot?

You may suspect you have plantar fasciitis, which is caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia, but before going to the doctor, you might initially try solving the pain problem with a simple product to eliminate the possibility that the pain is actually being caused by a wart or warts on the bottom of your foot. Warts can be as painful as plantar fasciitis, much like splinters hurt when embedded in the skin.

Make a trip to the drug store and purchase some 40% salicylic acid wart remover pads such as Curad Mediplast Corn, Callus & Wart Remover Pads. Leave on at least overnight. Upon removal of the pad, if there is a small hole or holes in the bottom of your heel, your pain most likely is originating from a wart, not plantar fasciitis.

Until the wart, which may appear as a callus, is completely cured, there may be brief periods of pain while wearing the salicylic acid pad. This is an indication that the wart virus is successfully being treated by the wart remover.

This is a simple, inexpensive and very effective cure from Curad.
