One Way To Perfect Baked Goods

If you’ve baked a cake or loaf of bread and it comes out of the oven too dry or too crunchy for one reason or another, just store the item in the freezer overnight. Ice crystals eventually will form throughout the item which will amazingly add moisture to your baked goods making them moist and absolutely delicious once they are defrosted.
