Thinking of becoming a vegetarian or a vegan?

Think twice before strictly following through with that idea, completely eliminating meat from your diet.

If you want to quit eating meat for one reason or another, it is important to still eat at least a small piece of meat like chicken or pork every now and then just to keep your body used to digesting meat otherwise your body will lose its ability to digest meat any more which will cause great digestive difficulty, making you feel sick with abdominal distress should you decide you want to include meat in your diet again.
