Fair Warning!

Some say if you purchase a house in which pets have been allowed to roam freely unsupervised, it’s very difficult if not impossible to remove lingering odors from flooring on which dogs and/or cats have urinated. Removing the carpet and its pad won’t completely remove odors especially if urine has repeatedly soaked into underlying wood or cement. Supposedly nothing will take away the lingering odor short of removing the wood or cement.
