Eliminating Restaurant Pests

Ever sit inside a restaurant only to be pestered by pesky flies flying back and forth while other flies are hopelessly trapped by the glass in the windows?

Since restaurants aren’t allowed to hang sticky fly catchers around the room or use poisonous fly sprays around diners, and since swatting them could be rather messy, perhaps flies should simply be vacuumed up with small, portable vacuum cleaners either after each diner leaves or for sure at the end of each day which would be as easy as can be.
